3. Confidentiality

  • Shibolett Security Consulting shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services or reliance on our recommendations.
  • Our total liability, whether in contract, warranty, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

5. No Warranties

  • All services and recommendations are provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or performance guarantees.
  • The cybersecurity threat landscape is dynamic, and we make no guarantees that the provided recommendations will remain effective against evolving threats.

For the safety of our clients and to prevent adversarial engagements, we employ a verification process before any detailed security consultation begins. This process includes:

  • Initial contact through secure communication channels.
  • Establishment of mutually agreed secure methods for ongoing communication.
  • Verification of identity on both sides to ensure trustworthy engagement.
